Data2Go has created a purpose built API aimed at customers who require integrating line maintenance and querying activities through a programmatic interface. Our API is lightweight and easily utilized by developers. We use standard API technology: REST, JSON, and built on OpenAPI spec. Many of our customers integrate activation and querying activities into their existing work flows to allow for automation efficiencies and optimization. We understand our customers needs and frequently add new API calls and features to enable our customers.

When should I use the Data2Go API?

Customers who require programmatic interface with the Data2Go platform can utilize our API for line maintenance and querying activities. Our API can be used in conjunction with our Traverse user interface. 

What type of API is offered?

We currently offer a RESTful API. Soap is not supported. Our API specification is based off OpenAPI.

We streamline our onboarding process to promote quick development cycles. We walk our customers through each step to ensure their needs are met and provide solid documentation to developers. 

 

Testing will occur in a sandbox environment to ensure modification of corruption of live customer data does not occur. 

We have created many self service tools to assist developers with integration tasks. In addition, we also have a helpdesk who is readily available to assist with any issues that may arise. 

Once testing commences Data2Go will provide the production endpoint which allows interaction with live customer data.
